This website is owned and operated by AK Infotech, authorized wholesale distributor and retail vendor of security systems, CCTV equipment, DVR/NVRs, and electronic accessories based in Mount Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account login credentials and Google auth session.

3. Product Pricing & B2B GST Invoicing

All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
Product selling prices on item cards are shown exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Applicable GST (standard 18%) is added transparently during checkout.
Registered GST business customers can provide their GSTIN during checkout to receive official tax invoices eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims under Indian GST laws.

4. Ordering & Payment Terms

We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD):

Prepaid Orders: Processed immediately upon successful transaction confirmation via Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Requires a mandatory ₹1,000 non-refundable advance commitment payment during checkout. The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the Shiprocket delivery courier partner upon delivery.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are dispatched via Shiprocket logistics across all serviceable pincodes in India. Standard dispatch time is within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery timelines range from 2 to 7 business days depending on customer location.

6. Warranty Policy

All CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and electronic products sold by AK Infotech carry original manufacturer warranties (Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Maxxion, Realtime, Trueview, Qubo, etc.). AK Infotech assists customers with manufacturer RMA warranty claims during the valid warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

AK Infotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, improper installation by uncertified technicians, electrical surges, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
